The Studio

Bikram Yoga Inner West is a new Bikram Yoga studio conveniently located in Sydney’s Inner West in Petersham. We can cater for students from all over Sydney, however very easily from areas such as Newtown, Enmore, Stanmore, Marrickville, Balmain, Five Dock, Ashfield, Annandale, Summer Hill, Dulwich Hill and so many more growing Inner West suburbs.

Obviously we are open and welcome to anyone and everybody wherever you live, and being the first Bikram Yoga studio in the Inner West its exciting times

About Bikram Yoga Inner West

Bikram Yoga Inner West is located in a prominent and beautiful building and has heaps of carparking very close to the studio, and our own small car park at the back which is available to all students, first come first serve! We have just renovated the studio and installed brand new hot showers, separate male and female toilets and stylish changing areas.

There is a beautiful light filled reception area and also an inside chill out area as well outdoor balcony garden settings for you all to relax after class and get to know your teachers and fellow yogi’s and yoginis.

We have worked with a certified insulation expert and have state of the art insulation within the hot room to keep you hot and humid for the duration of your Bikram Yoga class, start to finish. Brand new carpet has also been laid which we will keep clean by professionally steam cleaning weekly. Towels will be available for hire also.

Newcomer? What to expect

For newcomers to Bikram Yoga Inner West please arrive at least 20 minutes before class starts. The doors will open always 30 minutes prior to class starting so the earlier you are the better! There is a registration for you to fill out and then take some time to familiarise yourself with the studio.

 

Always make sure you have been drinking plenty of water throughout the day before your class so you are properly hydrated and don't have a large meal at least 2 hours before class.

Wear light clothing and you can bring a bath sized towel for your yoga mat and some water for class, although we do have both of those for hire and to buy. We can supply you a yoga mat for free for the first time and then you can hire one. That's about it, come with an open mind and just try to listen, follow along as best as you can and smile
